Hip Hop
Instructor: Francesca Parma
Fran has been dancing all her life. From a young age she enjoyed Jazz, Tap and Street Dance at a local dance school, and then started Hip Hop classes when she came to university, falling in love with the style of dance and has been training for three years. She regularly travels to London to train at Pineapple Dance Studios, and is constantly looking to learn different styles of hip hop and improve.
Fran comments, ''Dancing is such a great way to exercise; it is great cardio, whilst working all the muscles in the body. It improves flexibility and is great for memory! I love it because it makes exercising fun, the music is always up beat and lively which creates a great atmosphere in classes. No matter what level you are, even if you've never danced before, come and check it out! You'll love it!''

Flo Yoga
Instructor: Karolina Kluz
Karolina embarked on her yogic journey in 2007 in hope of rehabilitating previous shoulder and spinal injuries. She has always been fascinated with the mechanics of the body and initially her practice was mostly driven by physical demands. Overtime her awareness shifted and her practice gained spiritual, emotional, and mental insight. In July 2009 in Calgary, AB, Canada she completed a teacher-training course at Yoga Passage, which inspired Karolina to deepen her own practice and to share the benefits of yoga with others.
Karolina comments, ''Yoga truly is a gift. It allows us to delve deeper and to acknowledge our points of physical and emotional weakness as well strength. That acknowledgment can help us balance out the physical body and transcends into other aspects of our lives. I enjoy teaching dynamic yoga with a focus on victorious breath, strength, awareness of the body, as well as long holds that challenge our inner determination. I think we are all our own best teachers and yoga gives us an opportunity to really listen, feel, pay attention, and to learn from ourselves. It's powerful stuff!''
