The Swimming Pool

Our fabulous 20m stainless steel swimming pool, Jacuzzi and feature steam room provides an oasis of calm to leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed.

Pool loungers are available for you to sit and watch the city of Cardiff go by or have a read of the morning papers provided.

Swimming is one of the best exercises you can do to strengthen, tone and invigorate your entire body – without putting any stress on your joints. At Laguna we offer a range of activities within the pool including group or individual swimming lessons and aqua aerobics.

Our swimming pool is heated and treated with UV filters and chlorine to maintain the very highest standards of cleanliness and safety.  The UV filter system is also kinder to skin and hair and more pleasurable to swim in that the conventional pools.
