Holistic
ASTANGA YOGA
A progressive series of postures, producing intense, internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs, resulting in improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
PILATES
A mind-body workout which focuses on core stability and posture, aiming to lengthen and strengthen muscles. Increasing flexibility, agility and strength.
FLEXKICK
Flexkick can help address muscle imbalances, improve flexibility, de-stress, aid relaxation, reduce feelings of tension, improves posture and progress current stretching regimes.

Conditioning
BODYKICK
Using free weights targeting the major muscle groups via a series of exercises to tone and condition muscles while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat-burning.
AQUA AEROBICS
An aerobic workout using the resistance of water. This is a great alternative to a gym workout and excellent for rehabilitation work.
CIRCUITS
A cross-training class that is ideal for developing all-round fitness. Straight forward aerobic and resistance exercises are performed at a series of workstations, creating a fun and challenging workout that is different every time!
TONE-ZONE
This is a great workout to tone up those stubborn areas. Working legs, bums, tums and upper body using small weights, bands and core movements.

Cardiovascular
KEISERKICK
A high energy class on stationary bikes to develop your cardiovascular fitness, lower body strength and designed to maximize calorie burn. No complicated moves and plenty of motivation.
50-50
A simple cross training class aiming to develop fitness, strength and mobility. Typically runs with a high energy keiserkick workout followed by a body conditioning blast using hand weights, balls and bands.
DOUBLEKICK
Doublekick is a martial arts based program designed to increase strength & agility and decrease stress whilst providing a great cardio workout.
DANCE AEROBICS
A fun enjoyable workout using mixed dance styles combined with traditional aerobic patterns to get that aerobic buzz and fitness you are looking for.
KICKFIT
KickFit is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws mainly from the discipline Taekwondo. So strike, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.
SALSA
A fun class which increases cardiovascular fitness and teaches you some salsa moves at the same time. Improves muscle tone and burns calories.
