Covid Spa Guidelines

As a valued client your health is our priority. On instruction from the Welsh government we will have to close our Health Club & Spa from 6.00pm on Friday 23rd October. We are planning to be able to re-open at 8.00am on Monday 9th November.

For this period of this fire-break lockdown we will not be able to man our switchboard so please contact us by email

Your safety is our priority so please familiarise yourself with the guidance below for when we re-open and before your visit. We look forward to welcoming you back as soon as we are open once again.

Due to government guidelines, we now require all guests to wear a face masks upon entry to the spa. Face masks must remain on for the duration of your stay whilst in indoor public areas, including within the relaxation room and on poolside.

At the Spa reception area we kindly ask you sanitize your hands and receive a temperature check. You will also be asked to complete a Covid-19 questionnaire together with our usual consultation form.

Please do not arrive any earlier than 5 minutes before an appointment as due to social distancing measures we are staggering our treatments times to minimise contact between clients.

All treatments need to be booked in advance as we are unable to accept clients without pre-booked appointments. Currently, our double treatment room is limited to sole usage.

We ask that all guests booked on an inclusive hotel leisure break with treatments included that they please arrive at Spa Reception in your dressing robes and slippers that have been provided in your hotel room.

We are delighted to confirm we can now offer our full treatment menu. However adhering to current Welsh government guidelines is our priority to ensure the safety of our clients and our team and initially we can offer treatments for a duration of 50mins or over.

Our team can make Lunch, Afternoon Tea or Dinner reservations for you at the time of your booking in the Laguna Kitchen and Bar.

As usual all our Towels and linen will be replaced after every client. Our therapists and team will wear all recommended PPE which will include disposable aprons, facemasks and visors and in some cases, gloves. You are welcome to bring and wear your own PPE and towels if you wish however masks and towels will be available on request.

Our housekeeping team will follow our updated sanitation processes and focus particularly around areas that are commonly touched. Treatment rooms will be thoroughly cleaned after each visit and we have reduced our occupancy levels to enable these new procedures to be conducted.

We have installed hand sanitation stations throughout the spa. We ask that you also wash your hands at regular intervals.

If you are on a Spa Day or Spa package you will need to book your one hour usage of the facilities prior to arrival - this can be done at time of booking.

Our steam room will remain closed at this current stage due to social distancing guidelines.

Please note that we have removed all non-essential items from around the Spa including tester products, however, our Therapists will be on hand to answer any questions you may have and assist you with any purchases.

For the benefit of all guests and staff please observe the Welsh Government social distancing guidelines. We ask anyone concerned that they may be developing Covid-19 symptoms to follow the Government advice, and self-isolate in the first instance and contact us to reschedule your visit.
