Our 20-meter UV filtered pool, steam room, steam room and spa pool ensure your fitness training is complemented by a relaxing experience to help you unwind and progress seamlessly to achieve your goals.

    You will find a superbly equipped, two storey gym with state of the art equipment and facilities and the first UK gym to offer the brand new Matrix 3XE series with all-new treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and step mills.

    With up to 40 free classes every week, free weights, cardio areas and highly qualified personal trainers you'll find everything you need to achieve your fitness goals.
